About Search at Assembly 

 We are defining a new standard for the search industry. The role 

 As a Paid Search Senior Executive, you will be working with your team to execute paid search campaigns for clients. This will include campaign building, data analysis and collaboration with your direct team, including offshore. This role may require you to line manage a team of Executives and Apprentices. You will work alongside your team to implement best-in-class strategies as set by your senior leadership.  

 You will have an excellent foundation in ad platform knowledge. You will be a specialist in executing AI-powered search practices and implementing this on your assembly of clients. You will work with your team to autonomously optimize the account to deliver performance against client business objectives, in line with the strategy.  

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Collaborate and provide support to your team in executing & optimizing paid search campaigns. 
  • Uphold the highest standards as per the Assembly formula for success through our paid search product narrative.  
  • You will fully utilize the available technology to deliver performance for clients. 
  • Ensure you are adhering to agreed service level agreements and you are managing your tasks through our workflow systems to deliver on time. 
  • Carry out daily diagnostics to ensure zero errors, manage risks and maintain consistent process adherence. You will fix things before they become a problem.  
  • Find the insight that can help us fuel growth for clients. This will require data analysis and actionable insight identification and implementation.  
  • Active participation in the wider search community through internal team meetings, training & events. 
  • Collecting the requirements to respond to briefs which would include keywords, targets, ad assets and more.  
  • Responsible for managing client’s budget on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.  
  • Helping to foster partnership with clients and media owners. 
  • Taking part in presentations and meetings with clients. You will own elements of these sessions.  
  • Collaborate with other teams in your assembly and department to deliver projects. 

 Success will be measured by no account errors, constant account monitoring, improved performance and business growth for our clients, timely project completion, effective communication and great client feedback.  

  • You are a self-starter with a passion for data analysis and digital marketing.  
  • Paid search knowledge, with up-to-date certifications.  
  • Evidence of data analysis experience. 
  • Operationally proficient with project management skills. You demonstrate a clear ability to manage multiple tasks and differing priorities.  
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including clear processes in how you approach your work. 
  • An understanding of how to drive insights from data. You can focus on causation, not just correlation in data sets. 
  • Effective communicator. You will show an ability to be able to talk to clients about performance of accounts and optimisations.
