Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Tech Sales and Marketing Intern to help expand the reach of Minerva and Vajra. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technology sales and marketing, while earning commission-based pay for successfully closed deals. Post the first three deals, the role will transition to a fixed-salary structure.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and approach potential clients across key industries such as government, defense, telecommunications, and corporations.
Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting Minerva’s and Vajra’s unique features and benefits tailored to client needs.
Develop proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of Astraeus Next Gen’s products.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to facilitate long-term partnerships.
Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies, including lead generation campaigns and digital outreach efforts.
Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and social media content.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Participate in webinars, conferences, and events to promote Astraeus Next Gen's products and expand brand visibility.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients during the sales cycle.
Respond to inquiries and provide in-depth knowledge about Minerva and Vajra’s features, use cases, and pricing models.
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve product positioning and marketing strategies.
Learning and Development:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of cutting-edge AI and network optimization technologies.
Develop essential sales and marketing skills, including pitching, negotiation, and client relationship management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine your understanding of product functionality and market fit.
Compensation Structure:
First 3 Deals: Paid on a commission basis (percentage of the total deal value).
Post 3 Deals: Transition to a fixed salary with additional incentives for high performance.
Qualifications:
Passion for technology sales and marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, and network optimization technologies is a plus.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
