Website Project Manager

As a Website Project Manager, you will:

• Write compelling, tailored content for website templates and client websites, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Oversee the development and launch of up to three new websites each week, collaborating with designers, developers, and other team members
• Plan, manage, and track project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• Review and refine website content and layouts, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal before launch
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes for greater efficiency in website creation and content development
• Work with website design principles and various content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proven experience in content writing, including website content, blog posts, or marketing copy
• Good knowledge of website development marketing channels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
• A sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in website design, UX, or working with website templates
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
