About the Role:
The Fulfillment department owns everything that needs to happen to a ticket after it is sold. Once inventory becomes an order, it is this team’s responsibility to ensure the tickets make it into the hands of the end user. This can be done leveraging automation or by interacting with the tickets/accounts in a manner that assists the automation in performing its duties, or by manually delivering the tickets in whatever form they were sold.
Responsibilities:
• Execute ticket delivery processes post-sale.
• Interact with accounts to facilitate automated systems.
• Support automation initiatives for streamlined ticket fulfillment.
• Ensure manual delivery when necessary

• Excellent communication skills - must maintain professional and respectful demeanor throughout all interactions with marketplaces as well as customers
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible to accommodate the needs of the team

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good follow through and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work collaboratively with a team and independently with little to no supervision
• Comfortable with multiple systems including: Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Excel, Jira, Email, and various other dashboard and KPI tracking systems (Monday.com) and customer support ticketing systems (Intercom)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the entertainment/ticketing industry
• 2 or more years of customer service
