The AutoVitals suite of SaaS products and websites are designed to solve many of the current hurdles faced by auto repair shops. Our mission is to help auto repair shops drive profitable growth by attracting new customers, providing superior communication and customer service, increased shop efficiency, higher average repair orders, and more. The Website Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful onboarding and build of AutoVitals client websites.
This position will report directly to the Manager, Web Operations and will work remotely. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage customer relationships through website onboarding from start to finish (successful launch of the website)
- Work on multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Schedule consultations and meetings with clients to gather requirements, settings, deliverables, etc. and follow up with clients as needed to ensure website implementation stays on track
- Coordinate and work alongside AutoVitals Trainers to ensure internal and client communication is clear at all times
- Use AutoVitals’ website builder tool to input client information and set up website design including images, content, and customize elements as needed (HTML/CSS required)
- Understand and articulate website best practices for AutoVitals websites to provide consultative suggestions with clients, using data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Consistently QA work done by yourself and by others, showing pride and ownership of the final website product
- Upon successful launch of a client website, transition the client relationship to the ongoing account management team
- You have a positive attitude and a drive to win
- Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- 1-2 years of experience creating, deploying, and updating websites using HTML/CSS and image editing software
- 2+ years of project management, client management, or similar experience
- Curious and able to work ambiguously to solve complex problems, often through self-education
- Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Ability to follow through on tasks promptly with precision, using independent judgment to accomplish goals
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Bonus: Proficiency using Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Zendesk, Jira, Google Calendar, or equivalent

Salary Range Transparency
Full Time, Salary Exempt $60,000 - $70,000
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and alignment with market data.
