The AutoVitals suite of SaaS products and websites are designed to solve many of the current hurdles faced by auto repair shops. Our mission is to help auto repair shops drive profitable growth by attracting new customers, providing superior communication and customer service, increased shop efficiency, higher average repair orders, and more. The Website Performance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving client websites by ensuring they follow best practices, consulting with clients on SEO and marketing strategies, implementing updates, and providing expert guidance to achieve optimal performance.
This position will report directly to the Manager, Web Operations and will work remotely. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on websites and AutoVitals products, SEO, and digital marketing, providing in-depth guidance and answering complex questions.
- Collaborate with the Web Operations team, Customer Success team, and clients to ensure websites align with the client’s brand in the market and performance objectives.
- Utilize AutoVitals’ website analytics dashboard and third party tools to assess site health and performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to address them.
- Perform website updates and modifications using AutoVitals’ proprietary website platform to meet client needs and maintain site quality. (see Requirements below)
- Apply a consultative approach to address client inquiries, offering best practices in SEO, digital marketing strategy, and website management. Act as a resource for the Customer Success team to support clients in maximizing their use of AutoVitals products and services.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and/or local SEO
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and image editing software
- Highly proficient in Google tools, including Google Business Profile, Analytics, and Search Console
- You have a positive attitude and are resourceful, self-motivated, and a proactive team player, always chipping in to do right by the client and our company
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop client relationships
- Ability to grasp complex technical processes, analyze data set, and make knowledgeable, confident recommendations to clients
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; acts as a change agent, not a change opponent
- Ability to follow through on tasks promptly with precision, using independent judgment to accomplish goals
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Bonus: Experience working in the automotive repair industry is a plus!

Salary Range Transparency
Full Time, Salary Exempt $60,000 - $70,000
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and alignment with market data.
