About Avive:
Avive Solutions, Inc. (https://avive.life) is a growth stage Automated External Defibrillator (AED) company with a connected response system that is rapidly gaining market share. We are a mission driven team that is quite literally saving lives. Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is a leading cause of death in the United States, and we are on a mission to change that! We are a dynamic organization that builds elegant, creative solutions to solve complex problems. Ultimately, our mission is for all cardiac arrest victims to have rapid access to life-saving defibrillation.
Avive is taking a fresh approach to addressing this decades-old problem by innovating AED technology, coupled with a first-of-its-kind software platform solution to enable a quicker and more streamlined response to SCA emergencies. We believe that this unique combination of deploying advanced – yet still accessible – hardware, and software, has the potential to revolutionize out-of-hospital cardiac arrest response and massively impact SCA survival rates.

What you'll do:- Lead Avive’s financial planning and analysis function.
- Partner with the CFO and CEO to build and improve our existing long-range forecasting to support strategic business objectives.
- Partner with the leadership team to build effective annual operating plans (budgets) that support their operations and provide timely, effective and insightful reporting to them so they can efficiently manage to budget while pushing to exceed our company objectives.

You have a good sense of where to focus to maximize your productivity vs. the time investment required.
- A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity. You are comfortable working in a dynamically growing early-stage commercial environment that will require you to build systems and processes while effectively managing the day-to-day competing priorities to support our customers and executive team.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills. You can effectively engage with all of our stakeholders to earn their trust in you as a strategic partner while asking the right questions and pushing the team appropriately to maximize our growth.
