What got us here as a business (as well as in the people team) needs to evolve to enable the pace and successful scale of growth. We are transforming into a proactive, relationship and impact-focussed, business aligned and data-driven People team with a new team structure and roles.
We are looking for someone to lead the newly formed People Operations function; ensuring tracking and recording of each stage of the employee journey, ongoing strengthening of the experience at each stage through process flow management and for business efficiency. You can bring your expertise from fast growing tech or innovative organisations to help us scale and grow our approach to people data and employee journey experience in pace with the incredible industry growth.
As AVK grows, this role plays a critical role in the diligent management of employee lifecycles outside as well as within the UK, including tracking of legal requirements for each of the lifecycle stages. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will play a key role in enabling efficiencies of scale as we grow and driving engagement in new processes and systems with employees and managers alike.
