Our client is a leading Google & YouTube Ads agency in Germany, achieving maximum growth for well-known customers such as Loop Earplugs, Paper & Tea and Sternglas. In a team of more than 40 experts, all passionate about their field, they rely on data-driven performance marketing and the full range of Google channels to ensure long-term success.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Developing tailor-made Google Ads strategies and working closely with account strategists, media buyers and pushing experts to continuously improve the performance of their clients.
  • Using the interaction of Google Ads with other channels such as Meta and Microsoft and develop effective synergies.
  • Creating well-founded market analyses, competitor reports and testing strategies.
  • Bring a solid basic understanding of conversion optimization and user guidance.
  • With their training to become an expert in pull strategies, you will focus on Google Ads Search & Shopping.
  • Optimizing campaigns with your knowledge from the e-commerce sector and know the requirements of Shopify and common shop setups.
  • Developing successful strategies based on market and target group insights.
  • Analyzing KPIs and creating meaningful reports to provide well-founded recommendations for action and ensure long-term success.
  • Advising their customers with data-based recommendations and helping them achieve their goals in the area of Google Ads and Shopping.
  • Experience: Having a proven track record in developing and implementing scalable Google Ads strategies and managing high advertising budgets.
  • Google Ads Expertise: Being an expert in the Google Ads environment with a focus on Search & Shopping, including campaign structuring, bidding strategies, budget control and data-based optimization.
  • Feed Optimization: Having experience in optimizing product data feeds and managing them effectively in Shopping campaigns.
  • E-commerce skills: being well-versed in dealing with performance metrics such as ROAS, MER, AOV and conversion rate and optimizing them regularly. In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of buying behavior and target group insights.
  • Analytical thinking: Analyzing data quickly, drawing precise impulses for action and thus driving performance.
  • Self-employment & structure: Working independently and keeping track of complex campaigns.
  • Communication skills: Being able to communicate your ideas clearly and concisely in German (C1).
  • Team spirit: Being a real team player and supporting your colleagues in achieving common goals.
  • Strategic Contribution and Impact: Contributing your ideas and actively shaping the further development of their strategies. What you bring to the table is of great importance – so you can have a direct say in the success of the agency.
