Talent Acquisition Associate

We’re Avomind - a go to firm to hire commercial, strategy and analytics & insights talent globally.

Our global network - serviced from Berlin, London, Barcelona, Miami, Jakarta and Singapore is built up of partnerships with >200 leading academic institutions; 25 leading MBA programs and 45 tech institutions.

We provide our clients with unlimited access to our network and offer custom recruitment; embedded hiring and talent branding services.

Speed is our care value - do expect a first project input within 24 hours. 75% of the hired candidates are part of the 1st week’s batch, that we would deliver on a project.

Our team is diverse & international (we’re coming from all over the world - so we’re speaking 16 languages), and have teams in Germany; the UK; the US & Indonesia.

What are we looking for? 

We’re wanting to grow our Talent Acquisition team, and we can’t do it without you. This team is paramount to the success of Avomind, and you’ll be supporting right at the heart of everything we do here, and how our business will be shaped for the future.

What will you be doing on a daily? 

  • Actively contribute to both the outbound & inbound recruitment strategy; working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities. 
  • Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray etc. 
  • Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them & assess their fit for our roles. 
  • Managing interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers & Client Managers. 
  • Advising Project Managers & Client Managers on candidate landscape & trends to assist in providing a seamless service for our clients. 
  • Take ownership of candidate experience - build your reputation through excellent candidate experience. 
  • Work closely with some of the best in the business - we’re incredibly proud of our team; and we’re excited to have you onboard!

Sounds good, right? We would LOVE to get to know you if you: 

  • Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, Management, English, Communication, or related fields with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout universities.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-orientated environment. 
  • Have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter & internal ATS platforms. 
  • Thrive in goal-orientated environments and want to achieve the best. 
  • Have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to be the best you can be. 
  • Are team-orientated and committed. 
  • Can work with ever-changing priorities in a very agile environment.
  • Are fluent in English (minimum C1 level). Any other languages would be an advantage.
