Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Contract Manager with technology experience to support Google’s team. This is a remote opportunity that offers a chance to work with one of the most innovative companies in the world. The ideal candidate will have a background in contract management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage Google’s NDA workstream, overseeing approximately 25–30 open agreements at any given time.
Participate in weekly round-robin rotations across five key legal support queues:
Spam Legal: Review bulk email communications to ensure compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements.
Legal Document Requests (LDR): Locate and share fully executed agreements as requested by internal stakeholders.
Legal Notices: Route contractual and legally required notices received from external partners to the appropriate internal teams.
Legal Contract Routing (LCR): File fully executed agreements (low volume).
NDA Help/Escalations: Respond to internal questions and provide guidance related to NDAs and general legal inquiries.
Collaborate closely with internal legal and business teams, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and accuracy.
Navigate workload fluctuations, especially during quarterly sales cycles.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or similar legal support roles, preferably in a technology environment.
Strong understanding of legal contract workflows, particularly NDAs and related legal documentation.
Comfortable working remotely and independently while staying connected with a collaborative team.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills - must be articulate, organized, and able to engage effectively with internal stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting a legal team at a major technology company.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and queues simultaneously.
Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This role offers a range of competitive compensation ranging from $112,000 - $123,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
