Banking Operations Specialist

mylo, the consumer finance arm of B.TECH, is revolutionizing the financial landscape, seeks skilled and results-driven Banking Operations Specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our banking processes, contributing significantly to the success of our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily transactions, including payments, transfers, and settlements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow positions to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and other relevant reports.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulators.
• Manage the maintenance, enhancement of terms, and expansion of short-term and long-term financing facilities.
• Communicate with bank teams in identifying, assessing, and resolving any problem in the operation of the accounts and facilities.
• Adjust the best combination of funding sources to match the company's cash flow and operational requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the FinTech industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
