What YOU will do:
The Sales Development Team Lead will take this opportunity to build a team of SDRs where he/she is responsible for driving the results through recruiting, training, organizing, coordinating, measuring, coaching, problem solving, and leading. The lead will partner with executive management to execute company and department strategies and upholds standards to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented individual.
You will enjoy this role if you are determined to grow your own skills as well as your teams’ and enjoy hunting for new business. You experiment with new outbound approaches and adapt to changes in the market. You seek collaboration with other teams to plan successful go-to-market strategies. Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-5 SDRs and maintain a multi-million-dollar pipeline.
In this role, you will…
- Lead and manage a brand new team of SDR’s. You will be responsible for ensuring that each of them is effective with their time, follow ups and tasks.
- Be an expert on prospecting, door opening, appointment setting, and other sales techniques that are necessary to be a top performer and consistently achieve sales quota. - Craft, iterate, and innovate sales scripts and strategies that help our SDR’s set appointments with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Create, deploy, and analyze prospecting cadences; including cold calls, social media and personalized emails, while connecting with the right personas at target companies to generate leads.
- Institute and refine a culture of continuous coaching (including regular sales trainings, role playing, team stand-ups, incentive programs, regular 1:1 coaching, performance-improvement-plans, etc.)
- Drive and implement improvements for the team and execute additional strategies to help improve their general performance. Be a key source of insight into competitive landscape.
- Work closely with Head of Sales to ensure SDRs are qualifying and booking successful meetings to grow the new business pipeline and achieve revenue growth targets.

- 3-7 years of experience in sales and people management
