Quality Assurance Engineer

1 Gathers business requirements from business, provide comprehensive/clear Business Required Documents (BRD).

2 Assures that the development and the business requirements are aligned .

3 Help on preparing test cases with QA.

4 Review and approves test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results in coordination with QA.

5 Member in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) committee.

6 Assisting business cases and needs, plus improving business processes.

7 Training staff in how to use the new systems.

8 Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.

9 Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.

10 Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules and mapping, business rules, or other detailed deliverables.

11 Adherence to internal work rules and regulations.

12 Facilitating design sessions with the technical team to define the solution.

13 Analyze feasibility of solution alternatives.
