Salary: $65,000-$75,000
As the Senior Grants Manager for BBYO, you will play a pivotal role in securing vital funding that drives the success of our programs, empowering Jewish teens and shaping the future of our Movement. In this position, you will oversee and support all aspects of grants for the organization including researching institutional funding opportunities, writing grants for major national and local funders, and developing strategies to optimize the administration process. This role reports to the Senior Director of Donor Communications on the marketing team and works closely with BBYO’s CEO and executive leadership staff.
We are looking for someone who excels in writing, storytelling, and communicating impact, and is passionate about the essential role grants play in advancing an organization’s mission and vision. You have a strong ability to develop relationships and collaborate with colleagues across departments. You have experience coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment, while remaining flexible to respond to and manage the unexpected. You are excited about gathering and sharing data to tell a powerful and persuasive narrative to institutional funders and philanthropic partners.
