We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of SDR to lead our sales development team, which is responsible for booking appointments for Belkins’ clients.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business/sales development leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing SDR teams of at least 25 people. In this role, you will manage the team of junior and senior SDRs whose job is to generate qualified leads on Belkins’ clients' behalf. You will build out processes, and coach and mentor your team to drive client revenue success.
