• Actively visiting targeted potential partners (sports clubs and facilities) at their locations.
• Engaging with decision-makers to onboard new partners to the system.
• Being responsible for partner relations, understanding their needs, and establishing fair business relationships.
• Managing daily communication and providing support to partners, clients, and users of company services through all available communication channels.
• Managing MultiSport cards (and other company products when needed).
• Participating in administrative tasks to support other employees, particularly the Partner Relations Director.
• Building new and evolving strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
• Collaborating closely with the team and attending meetings with partners monitored by the manager.
• Implementing the vision, strategy, and product portfolio of Benefit Systems in the market.
• Participating in major and popular sports events when required.
• Negotiating collaboration terms with partners and executing and implementing contracts.
• Assisting partners with market insights and expertise.
• Monitoring the activities of competitors and companies serving sports institutions in the market.
