Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations within the assigned department.
- Support team members with research, data analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
- Collaborate on projects that align with departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of Berkadia's services and industry practices.
- Perform administrative duties as needed to support departmental functions.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Real Estate, Human Resources).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
