Affiliate Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Are you passionate about forging dynamic partnerships and navigating the fast-paced world of digital marketing? We're seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager (f/m/x) who excels in creating and optimizing affiliate campaigns to drive revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the crucial link between our brands and affiliate partners, fostering collaborative promotional strategies for mutual success. What you will do:  

  • Manage all affiliates, including recruiting and onboarding new partners to expand our e-commerce program
  • Provide comprehensive support and necessary tracking tools to affiliates
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of affiliate campaigns to maximize return on investment
  • Ensure ethical practices, monitor for fraudulent activities, and take corrective action to safeguard BBG's reputation and the interests of affiliates and customers
  • Develop successful paid social strategies on Meta, defining goals, associated KPIs, and refining concepts for targeted implementation
  • Optimize campaigns using a continuous test & learn approach, actively seeking new ideas and trends

 

What we are looking for:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing in the B2C industry, with a track record of effectively managing campaigns
  • Proficiency in major analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Preferable experience with affiliate networks such as AWIN or Impact in the e-commerce sector
  • Preferable basic knowledge in any PPC channel (e.g., Meta, GoogleAds)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills for optimizing affiliate partnerships and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus
