Job Overview:
We are hiring Client Success Representatives to actively support new client sign-ups. This role requires a high volume of outbound calls to welcome clients, offer training, invite their team members, help them adopt Practice AI into their daily operations, and cold call law firms to introduce our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Welcome and Onboarding
- Make outbound calls to all new leads and new sign-ups to welcome them.
- Cold call law firms to introduce Practice AI's services.
- Schedule and conduct live or virtual product demonstrations.
- Train clients and their teams on how to use Practice AI effectively.
- Answer client questions and solve any issues during onboarding.
Client Adoption and Retention
- Make follow-up outbound calls to ensure clients are using the system fully.
- Help clients test modules like AI Demands and Case Summary.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Sales and Outreach
- Engage potential users within client law firms through continuous outreach.
- Identify opportunities to expand usage inside each firm.
- Assist in creating sales materials and strategies.
Feedback and Product Improvement
- Gather client feedback during training and usage.
- Report client insights to the product team to support improvements.
- Strong outbound calling experience.
- Excellent negotiation and deal closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, Zoom, email).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CRM software usage and management
- Experience in handling B2B campaigns is a plus
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
