Job Description

As a Digital Analyst at Beyond Bank, you'll drive improvements in the digital customer experience by leveraging your expertise in data and insights, customer behaviour, banking systems, and digital platforms. You'll manage data-driven reporting, and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to improve digital performance. This role is perfect for someone passionate about improving the digital customer experience through data driven insights.

In the role you will

  • Provide analysis, advice, and data to the Digital Customer Experience Team to improve customer experience.
  • Continuously enhance digital customer experience and service standards.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to boost digital sales and service.
  • Ensure a positive return on investment for digital initiatives.
  • Conduct research and report on digital innovation and opportunities.
  • Drive process improvement using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Collaborate with various teams for an integrated customer experience and manage change processes.
  • Testing of digital systems and ensure stakeholder communications are managed effectively.

Qualifications

About you

You will be skilled in using digital tools like Google Analytics to drive strategic improvements and enhance digital experiences. You excel in communication, effectively collaborating with third parties, internal stakeholders, and applying Agile methodologies to streamline processes and coordinating data driven initiatives from requirements, design and implementation.

  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics to track and analyse digital (website and app) traffic, user behaviour, and other key metrics to inform digital strategy and improvements.
  • Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders, tailoring your approach to suit varied levels of technical knowledge, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Collaborate efficiently with external vendors and partners to integrate and optimize digital solutions.
  • Take responsibility for your tasks and initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Collect and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Develop and propose effective digital solutions that address business challenges and improve customer experience.
  • Facilitate the approval process by presenting solutions to stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and obtaining necessary signoffs.
  • Coordinate activities across teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful implementation of digital initiatives.

What does our recruitment process look like?
