We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including; individual traders, High-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more.

• Assisting in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns
• Assisting in analyzing the VIP campaigns' performance by gathering data and providing a summary of key business results
• Staying on top of market trends and conducting desk research on competitive behaviors
• Contributing to the content marketing to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and upgrade VIP tiers
• Creating and developing interactive content initiatives such as newsletters and social media posts
• Working closely with growth marketing, Product Marketing, and PR across VIP growth related initiatives
• Collaborating with other BUs to run promotional growth campaigns
• Specific events, including VIP swag coordination 

• An educational background in a relevant field such as Data Analysis, Communications, Economics and Finance, etc
• A fast learner with an interest or experience in the crypto industry
• Strong proficiency in English speaking and writing, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
• Strong data analysis skills and is able to present conclusions with data
• Strong communication skills and is able to work with global team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure
