Senior Product Manager, Trading Systems (Backend)

• Design and iterate trading logic for derivatives products (e.g. options, futures) to ensure performance, accuracy, and user experience.
• Develop trading products like grid trading, block trades, and trading bots for both retail and institutional clients, informed by market and competitor trends.
• Build and embed risk models (e.g. isolated and portfolio margin) into product design to optimize capital efficiency and manage risk.
• Define and manage key trading parameters (e.g. tick size, margin tiers) while tracking industry developments to enhance system stability.
• Implement stress testing and monitoring tools to proactively identify and mitigate risk exposure.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and competitive trading infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field such as Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Solid experience in building backend systems within the crypto or traditional finance industries.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager in trading, or a background in quantitative roles (e.g. risk, analyst, or trading) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Deep passion for blockchain technology, trading, and financial markets.
• Bilingual with both English and Mandarin is a must to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
