Full-Stack Engineer

We are currently seeking an autonomous and skilled Full-Stack Engineer. This role is crucial in our ongoing evolution of technology and capability creation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of our products, with a focus on the back-end, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver exceptional functionality and user experiences. As part of a small development team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional organizations, including product management, marketing & sales and customer success to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing new features, optimizing existing functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with various APIs and services. Furthermore, you will engage in code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem resolution while adhering to best practices in coding and agile software design methodology. Responsibilities

Development

• Take full ownership of the back-end of our Momentum applications (web + mobile), APIs, and integrations.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our backend infrastructure.
• Address Level 3 customer service inquiries.
• Refactor and rewrite legacy code (.NET Framework, VB.NET, C#) to modern standards.
• Develop and expose new API endpoints to ensure fast and reliable integrations with third-party applications and systems.
• Develop integrations with third-party applications and systems, via our own API endpoints or third-party APIs.
• Migrate both web and mobile applications to modern .NET Core/ASP.NET/MAUI Core frameworks.
• Implement best practices for API design and development.
• Apply AI-assisted development where applicable.

Dev Ops

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments across environments.
• Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, reporting, and automated testing.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on security and scalability.

Product Roadmap

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the engineering roadmap.
• Introduce innovative approaches to developing new features and enghancing existing functionality.
• Provide technical insights and feasibility assessments to help shape strategic direction.
• Contribute to long-term technology planning and innovation initiatives.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Document critical parts of our system to ensure long-term scalability and sustainability.
• Share technical knowledge with other team members.

Technical

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equiavalent.
• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer or similar role in software development.
• Solid experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
• Familiarity with database technologies and design (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and documenting APIs
• Experience in Microsoft cross-platform technologies and transformation projects (e.g., Xamarin, .NET MAUI)
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with Dev Ops processes and tools.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for coding and software development.
