The Bisnow marketing team gets to drive results and touch every part of the business--from managing our brand presence to building messaging that resonates with our audiences to driving revenue opportunities and supporting new initiatives--Bisnow marketing focuses on impact. As a member of the team, you’ll serve a critical role in managing and enhancing our brand presence across Bisnow and Biscred. You’ll lead social media strategy, create visually engaging content, and support marketing initiatives that drive audience engagement, revenue growth, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive promotional marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility across Bisnow’s suite of brands: Bisnow, SelectLeaders and Biscred.
- Create and execute multi-platform campaigns, including blog posts, email newsletters, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and both paid & organic social media.
- Manage promotional campaigns from start to finish including the design of graphics, building of content, copywriting, flighting and scheduling, and analyzing results.
- Own and develop digital platform promotional strategy, using KPIs to evaluate success and learnings to grow the business’ brand awareness and direct engagement. Examples include:
- Leveraging HubSpot to schedule and send newsletters, performing A/B tests to improve open and click-through rates.
- Proofread and publish blog posts and gated content written by consultants, analyzing performance to optimize content strategy.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, programmatic) from ad creation to performance reporting.
- Craft organic social media strategy to increase engagement and follower growth across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
- Create collateral around testimonials, case studies, webinars and events.
- Create and maintain a brand content calendar, crafting and scheduling social media posts, blog posts, case studies, and other elements to support brand strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring alignment with corporate style guides and messaging.
- Work collaboratively to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns and content.
What are we looking for?- 1-3 years of experience in a content creation or graphic-design focused role, ideally in a corporate setting. Experience with news media platforms or targeting a commercial real estate/business audience is a plus.
- Excellent writing and design skills with a portfolio showcasing engaging social posts and visual content. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Deep understanding of platform best practices, engagement strategies, and analytics tools like Hootsuite or SocialFlow.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Iterable), paid campaign management, and performance reporting.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, share creative ideas, and translate goals into actionable content.
- Ability to proofread and optimize content while ensuring consistency and quality across campaigns.
