Specialist, Localisation

Your mission

As a Localisation Specialist at Bitpanda, you will be supporting the Localisation team with the completion of both day-to-day work and larger-scale projects in German. These include translation and localisation tasks of different fields and domains as well as other language-based assignments.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align localisation efforts with company goals
• Assist the Team Lead in managing localisation projects, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives
• Translate, localise and craft compelling copy in German that will be used across multiple platforms (e.g. internal, website or apps, marketing campaigns) to make sure we deliver a great localised experience to our German-speaking users
• Proofread and perform language quality checks on the localised content to make sure we always speak the language of our users
• Consistently improve the linguistic assets (term base, style guide, glossaries) as new products, features and campaigns go live

Who you are

• You have a strong command of German and English and a deep understanding of linguistic nuances. Other languages are a plus
• You have experience in localisation, project coordination and copywriting, ideally within a structured environment
• You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
• You’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
