BlackSky is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Intern to join our Platform Test team for a summer 2025 internship. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will assist with both manual and automated testing of BlackSky’s web-based applications. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and apply SDET concepts in a real-world, fast-paced environment. As an intern, you will contribute to test planning, automation framework development, and troubleshooting, while gaining exposure to BlackSky’s innovative satellite geospatial platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with cutting-edge technologies, and a passion for solving complex problems. They are curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills in a collaborative environment.
This position is in Herndon, VA and the candidate must be able to work from that office on a hybrid basis. This is a paid summer internship position.
