At BLAST we create live experiences - we produce esports tournaments that pack out major arenas around the world and create great content that's guaranteed to blow your socks off. We work with some of the world's best game publishers and brands to deliver world class gaming tournaments - currently delivering tournaments at the highest professional level in a variety of games, including eg.: Counter-Strike, DOTA 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League and Fortnite.

To support our expansion, we're seeking a Travel Coordinator who will manage all of the flight bookings for our teams and staff around the world.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all the event flight bookings and manage the relationship with our travel booking platform - reviewing current processes and implementing changes where required
- Manage the end-to-end flight booking process and communications for our players staff, officials, and key stakeholders - working closely with our internal departments
- Forecast and manage the budgets for flights for all of our tournaments, ensuring we book the most cost effective solutions and are budgeting correctly for future events
- Own the Travel inbox, answering queries and managing all tasks and admin relating to flight bookings, and redirecting other queries to the correct teams
- Support our Global Mobility team and Programme Leads with administrative tasks relating to international right to work and visa paperwork, such as preparing travel packets and collating data
- Travel internationally on occasion, or to our studio in Brondby to our more complex tournaments to support the flight booking process on the ground when required
- Other ad hoc duties supporting the wider BLAST events and Global Mobility teams
- Experience in an administrative capacity, ideally in the travel or events industry
- Skills:
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in using online travel platforms and spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal and communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost control.
- Trustworthy with handling confidential information and data
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours when required, including weekends and holidays during tournaments. Occasionally this role will require international travel for particularly complex events.
