How We Support Our BCBA Clinical Directors - Competitive Salaries with Performance Bonuses–We offer total compensation ranging from $96,000 - $ 112,000

How You Will Lead your Clinic - Support the financial health of the clinic.
- Manage intakes for new patients (timelines, assigning to BCBAs, review of initial paperwork to ensure eligibility)
- Support CSM with scheduling.
- Conduct interviews for BT, RBT, and BCBA positions.
- Build relationships with teammates and families.
- Utilize OBM principles to create a positive work/team culture.
- Monitor BCBA treatment hours and support effective time management skills.
- Conduct and lead weekly leadership meetings.
- Monitor performance of teammates and utilize best practices for providing feedback including supporting in biannual teammate evaluations.
- Accountable for initial onboarding for (R)BTs and BCBAs, including completion of required competency checks.
- Accountable for ongoing teammate training.
- Conduct quality audits for treatment plans and learning trees
- Support BCBAs with transition and discharge, including final approval of any titration plans
- Create a dynamic, supportive and collaborative team environment felt by teammates, patients, and families.
What You Need To Have- Masters Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
- 3 Years of Experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst – preferably in a clinic setting.
- State license, as required
- Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
- Passion for building, growth and innovation
