What are we looking for?

In this opportunity, we are looking for a Manual QA Analyst to work with one of our foreign clients, who is a market leader in the consultation, design, procurement, implementation, and ongoing managed services for technology services for mid to large global enterprises. As a Telecom Managed Service company, they partner with over 300 service providers globally to help customers with technology design and find the best solutions to meet their needs.

This is initially a 6-month contract with a high possibility of becoming permanent.

• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure high quality and eliminate issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to develop effective strategies and goals.
• Be able to work from documentation and technical requirements.
• Create test plans and strategies.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Analyze performance against agreed features and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot code using complex industry programs to detect low-quality and resource-intensive code.
• Report bugs and errors to the development team.
• Create and implement plans to improve test coverage within the test case repository.
• Create and implement plans to improve QA.

• 4+ years of experience in testing
• Experience with QA Automation is nice to have
• Experience with Playwright or equivalent.
• Experience with Qase or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL queries.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
