We are looking for a Project Manager – Localization to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

 In this role, you will oversee localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet quality standards and business objectives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Directors, Operations Program Managers (OPMs), Team Leads (TLs), engineers, and the Power BI team, to optimize workflows, analyze data, and improve localization performance. This role requires strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee localization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within localization workflows.
  
  

Data & Insights

• Partner with the Power BI team to structure, analyze, and leverage localization data for business decisions.
• Communicate data-driven insights to OPMs and TLs to enhance performance management and quality control.
• Track and report key localization metrics, ensuring visibility into project health, resource allocation, and outcomes.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between Directors, OPMs, TLs, and the Power BI team to align on priorities and objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable data requirements for consistency across teams.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to optimize localization processes, address challenges, and implement solutions.
  
  

Quality & Performance Management

• Work with TLs and OPMs to uphold and continuously improve localization quality standards.
• Develop reporting structures and dashboards to provide clear insights into localization performance.
• Implement feedback loops for ongoing improvements in localization efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage expectations and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.
• Address and resolve project issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and propose solutions for productivity optimization.
• Contribute to developing best practices for project management within the localization space.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within localization, translation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business needs, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Self-starter with a strong ability to analyze data, identify data needs, and drive data quality improvement projects.
• Ability to refine informal business analytic requirements to uncover the underlying “why.”

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with localization workflows and translation management systems.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $90,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
