The Logistics Coordinator will support Blueprint’s daily logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods across domestic and international markets. This role will focus on coordinating shipments, resolving delays, and maintaining accurate records to support operational goals. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with 3PL providers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure that all logistics processes run seamlessly, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day shipping and transportation activities to meet delivery deadlines.  
• Track shipments in real-time, proactively resolving any delays or disruptions.  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping documentation, including customs paperwork and invoices.  
• Communicate with 3PL providers, freight carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.  
• Assist in optimizing shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.  
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper stock levels at distribution centers.  
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on shipment statuses and delivery timelines.  
• Support the Logistics Manager in implementing logistics strategies and troubleshooting issues. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination.  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.  
• Experience with logistics software and ERP systems.  
• Understanding of shipping regulations and documentation requirements.  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with shipping regulations and customs documentation.  
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000
