We are looking for a CRM Content Developer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will bring a strong background in design and CRM-focused content creation to lead innovative, customer-centric experiences across email, loyalty, and app channels. This role requires both strategic and hands-on design execution, balancing creativity with consistency and production efficiency. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping CRM communications that not only reflect the brand’s aesthetic but also drive engagement and commercial impact. With a mobile-first mindset and a deep understanding of CRM systems, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling content that supports customer journeys and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Design Leadership & Execution

  • Champion the brand’s visual identity across CRM, email, loyalty, and app channels.
  • Develop mobile-first, responsive email templates that follow brand guidelines and render effectively across devices.
  • Translate briefs into high-performing and visually compelling designs.
  • Build and maintain a modular design library for scalable CRM campaigns.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Provide creative direction and daily feedback to designers working on CRM assets.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, and Technology teams to align creative execution with strategic goals.
  • Support broader creative initiatives, contributing to cross-channel campaigns as needed.

Strategic Thinking & Brand Evolution

  • Maintain and evolve CRM design systems, master components, and production-ready files in tools such as Adobe XD and Figma.
  • Ensure CRM designs align with the customer journey and optimize navigation through to checkout.
  • Stay informed on design and digital trends, sharing insights with the team to continuously elevate creative standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing content for CRM channels including email, loyalty, and mobile app.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD with experience building and managing design systems.
  • Understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive layout best practices.
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to create production-ready design files and collaborate closely with developers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for improved collaboration with development teams and troubleshooting design implementation issues.
  • Passion for beauty, lifestyle, or travel-related brands with an eye for digital storytelling.
  • Experience mentoring other designers or leading creative reviews.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $95,600 to $115,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
