• Education – Bachelor’s degree

• Willingness and ability to work 10-12 hour shifts in season as needed
• Typing Skills
• Ability to learn and navigate various technology platforms
• Ability to climb ladders to access attics and rooftops
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Military Service a plus
• Spanish language a plus

• $44,000 annual training pay
