Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview:

(US Based Only)


The Marketing Operations Manager is a key player in driving the success and scalability of our marketing efforts. This role is focused on optimizing and automating marketing systems (Hubspot), ensuring data accuracy, supporting campaign execution, and providing actionable insights that drive marketing performance. You will work closely with the Demand Generation Team, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional departments to ensure marketing activities are aligned, streamlined, and achieving business objectives.


This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about data, process optimization, and has a proven track record in implementing marketing technologies and managing marketing operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Systems & Technology Management
  • Conceive, build, and optimize scalable marketing automation processes and templates across campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement programs
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (e.g., lead nurturing, lead scoring, and email campaigns) to improve the efficiency of the marketing team.
  • Create easy-to-follow playbooks and resources to level-up best practices and keep everyone on the same page across teams.


Data Management & Analytics
  • Dive deep into ad hoc analyses across channels like SEO, paid search, website, and event marketing, uncovering actionable insights that directly shape strategy and drive growth.
  • Shape the evolution of Bonusly’s measurement frameworks—such as attribution modeling and MMM—ensuring our methods adapt to the company’s growing needs while delivering sharper ROI insights and driving smarter marketing investments
  • Orchestrate the integration of customer data across our marketing technology stack.


Campaign Performance & Reporting
  • Support stakeholders with end-to-end campaign execution including list uploads, audience segmentation, attribution reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and product marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and meet target goals.
  • Support planning and forecasting: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, track campaign performance, and allocate marketing budgets effectively. Utilize historical data and insights to predict pipeline growth, optimize marketing spend, and align initiatives with company revenue goals


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar roles, with a focus on marketing automation, data analysis, and campaign performance management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with Hubspot. Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics & Google Sheets) and the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Process-Oriented: Comfortable identifying inefficiencies and creating streamlined workflows and processes to improve productivity.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work across teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex systems and processes with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with teams.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience w. Chili Piper, Zoominfo, Clearbit 
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies or demand generation.
  • Experience working with a SaaS company or in a B2B marketing environment.


Compensation
  • Base Salary: $100,000-$130,000
  • Equity: 0.03% - 0.06%
