Customer Success Advisor for Key Accounts

As a Key Account Advisor at Booksy, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our high-value accounts have a smooth onboarding experience, receive ongoing support, and actively engage with our platform. Your ability to nurture relationships with key providers, understand their needs, and ensure their success with our platform will be essential.

You will be the main point of contact between key accounts and Booksy, providing personalised support and resolving any issues to maintain trust. Your contribution will be key to fostering long-lasting relationships. You will also make face-to-face visits to these key accounts in Madrid or other cities and attend trade fairs or events when required.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

• Experience in customer success, Key Account management, or similar roles.
• Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in developing trusted relationships with a High-value portfolio.
• You are customer-oriented and have excellent listening, persuasion, and speaking skills.
• You are meticulous and organized, enabling you to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of our clients and our team.
• Positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work. Team player.
• Technological skills or knowledge of CRM, such as Salesforce is an advantage.
• Experience in the beauty or tech sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English. Why? It is our company language and is used for all internal communications. In addition, you will be part of a global team with colleagues from other countries, so we need you to be able to communicate and feel integrated.
• Fluency in Spanish is required because you will be working with Key accounts in the local market.
