As a Customer Success Onboarder, you will be responsible for onboarding UK-based clients onto the Booksy Biz application. This includes training them on the software and supporting them in configuring their profiles to meet their individual business needs within their first month of subscription. Your goal is to enable clients to use our SaaS product independently. You will also conduct follow-ups, adjusting configurations as necessary to maximize their use of the tool and ensure successful account activation.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Demonstrable experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at minimum C1.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Tech-savviness.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn from experience.
