Customer Support Outbound Specialist/ Retention

You're a natural relationship builder with a knack for understanding people's needs and proactively finding solutions. As a CS Outbound Specialist at Booksy, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, directly contributing to their long-term success and growth within the Booksy ecosystem. You’ll be at the forefront of preventing churn, driving upsell and migration activities, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with our existing customers. This isn't just about problem-solving; it's about anticipating needs and proactively nurturing our customer base to ensure they thrive.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • You'll implement loyalty and retention strategies to keep Booksy customers engaged and successful.
  • You'll analyze customer behavior to anticipate potential churn and take proactive steps to prevent it.
  • You'll propose innovative ideas for improving our customer retention procedures.
  • You'll collaborate with various Booksy teams to develop effective upsell and/or migration plans.
  • You'll conduct satisfaction surveys to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • You'll actively seek new ways to enhance the quality of our services and products, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.
  • You'll evaluate cases and apply discounts or changes to subscription plans as needed.
  • You’ll provide essential support on the use of the Booksy tool whenever necessary.
  • You’ll manage payment issues, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
  • You’ll handle reactivations, bringing customers back into the Booksy community.
  • You'll participate in various ad hoc projects, contributing to broader team goals.

  • Proficiency in Google Suites.
