Job Description

Overall Purpose

This role is an integral part of the Worcester Bosch brand team, responsible for developing and delivering stand out marketing communications for a leading brand. The role will be predominantly focused on the marketing of domestic, as well as the commercial and industrial side of the business, including gas and oil boilers and controls, heat pumps and Heat Interface Units, delivering communications to heating engineers, specifiers and homeowners, as well as working with the wider team to ensure all product categories are represented at events and in merchant branches.

The role will support the Junior Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager in delivering engaging campaigns, fantastic digital experiences and creating new content and POS materials. 

Scope of Role

  • Act as brand guardian for your area and ensure consistency in messaging, tone and content. Working with the wider team to integrate messages across all touchpoints, relevant to the audience. 
  • Support with the creation of a range of marketing materials, from product launch materials and case studies to digital content. Supporting the integration of activity across all channels including social media, the website, events, PR and in branch POS.
  • Lead product launches from concept stage to delivery. You will work with the senior team to set the creative vision, and work with our product managers to deliver accurate and impactful materials.
  • Develop ‘added value’ materials, providing our customers end-users with relevant support materials.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure our sales force marketing support and wider communications are delivering against goals.
  • Aid with content development, from online support videos to photography shoots.
  • Develop website copy and content in line with tone of voice and messaging via the copywriter.
  • Work with our internal Insight team to analyse customer data and develop targeted campaigns and promotions for key consumer segments.
  • Ensure all customer facing communication meets brand guidelines and supports or enhances brand-positioning strategy.
  • Manage the logistics and delivery of brand team literature.
  • Ensure all content including printed literature, photography, videos, graphics etc. is produced to the highest quality, is up to date and promotes core customer facing brand/ product messages.

  1. Production and delivery of quality content for use across multiple channels
  2. Deliver integrated communications
  3. Continual review and improvement of the website to deliver key messaging in TOV
  4. Development of a suite of printed materials.

     

Qualifications

  • Marketing qualifications/experience, including university degree
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and work well under pressure
  • Passionate about marketing, being creative and having a winning attitude
  • Always have the customer at the front of your mind
  • A self-motivated team player. Participates fully within the sales and marketing teams and contributes to wider team effort and vision.
  • Ability to work with all levels within the business
  • You will be able to manage multiple priorities all with conflicting deadlines.

Expected Start Date: May 2025

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
