Your contribution to something big: 

On your support role on Content Creator for Social Media and Administrative support support you will:

• Create, Edit and Publish content for Social Media (LinkedIn) campaigns to promote our Online Academy;
• Support the Training Team in several Training Projects, e.g.supporting our business re-alignment project (FRAME) and identifying opportunities of improvement;
• Work in a cross-functional and international setup;
• Support young and energetic central training team in Ovar;
• Collaborate on the improvement of the LMS (Learning Management System) platform;
• Answer customers support questions and assist Business Units on their LMS administration tasks;
• Maintain and update the Bosch Connect Training Community.

What distinguishes you: 

• Academic background in Management, Marketing, Economics, or any related field;
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects and Illustrator);
• Solid foundation on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other Microsoft working apps;
• Good technical understanding, with ability to understand and improve complex projects/processes;
• Analytical and structured working style;
• Good and effective communication and presentation skills;
• Active listener, capable of showing empathy towards stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and regions;
• Pro-active learner and attitude with a problem solving mind-set;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
