Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.

Job Description

As Regional Touchpoint Manager you are part of the cross-business unit digital marketing team of the Region Europe and Asia Industrialized Countries. This position offers a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic digital marketing community, bringing digital communication to the next level. Join us to shape the future!

  • Join a high performing team of digital marketing experts, driving the communication of Bosch Power Tools’ brand strategies and marketing concepts across digital touchpoints in Europe and Asia Industrialized Countries.
  • Take ownership of all communication initiatives on the B2B platform and within the digital ecosystem, empowering the international dealer network with real-time, on-demand access to the latest product information, technologies, and events, while ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and retention marketing strategies to increase dealer engagement and usage of ecosystem.

Job Tasks:

  • Manage regional B2B portal initiatives and oversee site enhancements to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global strategy owners, local communication managers, and digital capability owners to prioritize key initiatives, consolidate requirements, and align objectives.
  • Develop and maintain country-specific editorial plans, coordinating the creation of content and assets for timely availability in local languages.
  • Drive campaigns to expand platform reach and dealer engagement. Design and implement CRM workflows and Newsletter campaigns to nurture dealer relationships and promote quarterly highlights effectively.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process and platform improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Which requirements are important to us?

   Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (Master is a plus).

-   Experience: Preferably you have 3-5 years of previous experience in within international, matrixed organizations, with a proven track record of managing digital marketing initiatives in related industries.

-   Personality: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects in cross-functional, international teams. Proactive, self-motivated person with strong sense of responsibility and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

-   Working practice: Holistic view of touchpoints within the broader communication landscape and user journey. Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision-making and lead generation strategies. Strong user-centric approach: expertise in creating engaging content that simplifies complex technical topics (graphic design skills are a plus).

-   Languages: You have fluent English. Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage.
