• During your assignment, you will prospect for customers for engineering services through market research and analysis.
• You will develop the mapping of key stakeholders in the client's organisation.
• You will also refine the narrative according to customer roles.
• In addition, you will assist sales team in Lead generation activity and also helping in customer identification.
• You will be the face of the sales team for initial customer contact through cold calling & prospecting emails.
• Finally, you will conduct competitive benchmarking research.

• Education: studies in the field of in Engineering, Technology (e.g. Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, etc.) or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing or comparable with advanced studies
• Experience and Knowledge: basic understanding of the engineering lifecycle of product development (design, manufacturing, after-sales, services), basic knowledge of key technologies such as Cloud, CAD/CAM, Software Development, PLM, MES, etc., experience working with data in Excel and proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Personality and Working Practice: a confident and proactive team player with an agile and creative mindset, a tendency to think outside the box, a proactive working style and the ability to adapt quickly to change
• Working Routine: mobile working within Germany
• Enthusiasm: passionate about technology and innovation in product development and engineering, interest in tackling challenges and finding creative solutions
• Languages: fluent in German and English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 10 h/week (extension possible)
