• Creation of new Reports  
• Improving actual Reports  
• Running and monitoring of current reports  
• Support in creation of process mappings  
• Support in deep dive analysis of several logistic processes to understand cause and effect in customer claims root cause 
• Various administrative tasks, data input tasks, data-bases input and up-dates (eg: from customer portals) 
• Preparing presentations and reports for meetings, including management meetings 
• Opportunity to learn and work in a multicultural environment, in various systems, applications and data base

• Undergraduate Student / Master program student 
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory 
• Excellent computer operating skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) 
• PowerBi knowledge considered as a plus 
• Communication and team-orientation 
• Reliable and good working attitude 
• Analytic thinking, good organizational skills
