Key Responsibilities

As a valuable member, your main mission is to bolster customer relationships through daily interactions and assistance. Collaborating closely with your aligned Account Managers, you'll be instrumental in crafting outstanding customer experiences. Your role involves maintaining specialised processes and procedures, making you a true ambassador for boxxe. With your top-notch communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and superb organisation, you'll shine as a team player. What you’ll be doing

  • Creating new quotes and follow up on existing quotes
  • Liaising with vendors for pricing and quote queries
  • Provide suppliers with updates on quote progress.
  • Processing POs/Orders and handling queries
  • Liaising with customers/internal teams/partners
  • Tenders and contract admin
  • NetSuite/System admin
  • Register, update and revalidate DRs
  • Customer engagement via phone and email when required

  • Ability to work in a systematic, structured way, plans and manages own time effectively
  • Evidence of working under pressure with attention to detail
