Primary job responsibility is to oversee Level 2 occupational licensing requirements and filings, with light supervision, in all jurisdictions. Works with the Licensing Manager and Director on the preparation and review of Entity and Executive applications and renewals to ensure completeness and responsiveness. Responsible for independently submitting applications, heavy and detailed recordkeeping, tracking renewal dates, fulfilling reporting requirements, and ensuring an overall smooth experience for licensing applicants and regulatory background investigators throughout the licensing process.
