Join the Customer Analytics team and be part of a dynamic group of analysts and developers dedicated to evolving how data and analytics are experienced. We thrive on turning vast arrays of data into compelling stories that drive our business and our customers' success forward. Here, your curiosity meets our cutting-edge projects, expanding your knowledge in Marketing Automation, Data, and Analytics. This summer internship offers the potential for full-time conversion in the fall based on successful performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist in Data-Driven Narratives: Support customers in transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You'll help tell the story behind the data
- Innovate with Technology: Work with the latest data and analytics technologies, including tools like Snowflake and Python, to create engaging analytics dashboards
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with team members to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into future solutions, enhancing our customers' understanding and use of data
- Develop Solutions: Assist in building and developing new tools and products using Python and SQL, exploring data use cases that contribute to analytics excellence
WHO YOU ARE
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar discipline), with an expected graduation in Spring 2025
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming and/or scripting languages (Python, SQL, etc.). Experience with Snowflake is a plus
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-Motivated: Able to take initiative, work autonomously, and manage time effectively in a professional environment
- Curiosity: A fast learner with a genuine interest in data and analytics
- Availability to join us from June - August 2025
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) or statistical tools (e.g., R, SAS)
- Exposure to data products and analytics technologies
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be $45/hour.
