Bridge33 Capital is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm focused on open-air retail real estate. The Company recently raised $458 MM in its latest opportunistic fund, marking a key milestone for the company.

We are seeking a RETAIL LEASE ANALYST who plays a key role in managing and optimizing Bridge33’s commercial real estate retail lease portfolio. This position ensures compliance with lease terms, and facilitates efficient lease-related processes.   The is a in-person role based in our Chicago office. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Review and analyze lease documents for retail and office tenants within the company portfolio.
  • Track the progression of lease transactions within the pipeline from lead to lease commencement stages.
  • Manage lease abstraction workflow from initial AI abstraction to final entry of clearly defined lease term dates in the database system.
  • Abstract pertinent lease information and provisions from ancillary documents into Yardi Voyager.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing quality control audit of third-party lease abstractions.
  • Supervise due diligence abstraction projects related to acquisitions.
  • Maintain and furnish critical dates reporting, including but not limited to, lease term dates, lease expirations, options, and tenant improvement allowance deadline dates.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with various internal teams such as property accounting, asset management, leasing, legal and tenant coordination on various lease data inquiries.
  • Supports lease administration manager in trouble shooting and resolving issues related to lease data errors due to erroneous entry or system related glitches.
  • Performs other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience with retail leases including experience with lease provisions such as co-tenancies, go-dark clauses, prohibited uses, etc.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Yardi, or MRI (or similar real estate software packages)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in professional level commercial real estate and lease audit

The annual base salary range for this role is $67,800 - 88,000 and the role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
