Build scalable solutions for complex business processes. Contribute to architectural design, implement robust practices, execute engineering tasks efficiently, and consistently deliver operational excellence. Design technology solutions to address complex business problems. Influence, negotiate, build consensus, and align with peer engineering, product, business teams, and vendor partners for solutioning and implementation. Build and motivate high-performance teams, fostering an inclusive environment. Manage multiple clients, stakeholders, and crossfunctional projects with attention to detail. Provide industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to keep the technology stack cutting edge. Train operations teams to handle order provisioning fallouts. This position is based in Charlotte, NC, but it is a telecommuting role, allowing for remote work from various locations across the United States.

Experience/Education:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, plus five (5) years’ post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Program Manager, or related role. Experience must include working in Telecom provisioning/billing and Fiber solutions; implementing telecom products and services Voice/VOIP and Broadband services; implementing BPM/Workflow/Orchestration tools; working in Telecom Inventory and Provisioning business domain including FTTP. Position will be headquartered in Charlotte, NC but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
