Brillio is seeking a 2024 MBA Graduate to join the Founder’s Office, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to business strategy, corporate planning, and executive decision-making in a fast-growing IT services company.

• Support the founder and leadership team in shaping and executing Brillio’s long-term strategic roadmap.
• Design and develop executive presentations, board decks, and investor reports to articulate key business insights and growth strategies.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
• Work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead high-impact projects, including M&A research, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives in emerging technologies.

• 2024 MBA graduate from a top-tier business school.
• 1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a high-growth tech environment (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, with proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and market research tools.
