Role: ServiceNow ITSM Sr. Developer

Location Requirement: Guadalajara, Hybrid.


What Does success mean in this role?

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration.

Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).

Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations.

Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.

Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance.


Daily Activities:

Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).

Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations.

Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.

Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management best practices.
